I walked past a dentist in Zurich with the tagline: "We make teeth happy."

Three words. Completely differentiated from every other practice on the street. No jargon, no list of services. Just a feeling.

That's what most B2B founders miss about positioning...

AI is the infrastructure.
The operator controls the output.

AI makes content production fast. But fast doesn't mean good.

Every post that goes through this system passes through a human operator with experience in communications and content strategy. The ideas come from you. The voice stays yours. The quality control stays with us.

AI handles the research, the frameworks, the scheduling. We handle everything that determines whether it's worth reading.

Authentic On-brand Consistent
I know I should be posting more.
I tried but it didn't sound like me.
I started strong then it just... stopped.
We hired someone before and it felt generic.
I don't want to come across as one of those LinkedIn people.

You know your
brand matters.
You just can't
sustain it alone.

Every B2B founder hits the same wall. You post for a few weeks, momentum builds, then Q3 hits and content falls off the calendar. The issue isn't motivation. It's infrastructure.

Ghostwriters take too long. AI chat sounds generic. DIY works for a few weeks then stalls. You need a system built on your actual stories that compounds over time, without turning you into a full-time content creator.

A full content infrastructure.
Not just posts.

Everything built for you, managed by Justin, and yours to keep.

Claude Code repo with your context

A dedicated repository loaded with your business context, ICP research, competitor analysis, and content frameworks. The intelligence layer that powers every post.

Voice profile documentation

A detailed voice model built from your actual speech patterns, vocabulary, and how you frame ideas. Not a generic persona. Your documented communication style.

Skill files tuned to your voice

Reusable AI skill files: post frameworks, content rules, tone guidelines. All calibrated to produce content that sounds like you, consistently.

ICP and competitor research

Deep analysis of your audience, competitors, and market positioning. Informs every piece of content and evolves over time as your market shifts.

Airtable content pipeline

Full visibility into your content lifecycle. Drafts, reviews, approvals, scheduled, published. All tracked in a shared Airtable base you own.

Buffer scheduling + publishing

Approved posts are scheduled and published automatically through Buffer. Consistent cadence without you touching a scheduling tool.

Custom graphics per post

Data visualizations, diagrams, and branded images generated to pair with your posts. No stock photos, no Canva templates.

Weekly content briefs

Each week you see what's coming: post topics, scheduling plan, and any review items. Full transparency, minimal overhead.

Brand asset management

Your photos, brand elements, and visual assets organized and ready for content. A growing library that makes every post feel on-brand.

Traditional services are slow
and miss the key business context.
This system compounds.

Compounding

Every session makes it smarter

We build a growing research library, story bank, and voice model. Month 6 is dramatically better than month 1.

Voice fidelity

Built from conversations, not briefs

The system learns how you actually talk, not how a writer interprets a brief. Your posts sound like you because they come from you.

Ownership

You keep everything

Research, voice files, story bank, frameworks, the entire Claude Code repo. If you ever want to stop, it's all yours. No vendor lock-in. No proprietary platform holding your content hostage.

Proven

Built for me first, then for you

This isn't a theoretical offering. Justin built and runs this system for his own LinkedIn presence. You're getting the same infrastructure, managed by the person who created it.

Let's talk

15-minute fit call.

Before you ask

Will it actually sound like me?

Yes, because it is you. Your voice, your stories, your perspective. It sits within an optimized workflow that also factors in your business context, industry trends, and competitor research. All compounding over time.

How much of my time does this take?

There's some initial setup to capture your brand context and build the foundation. After that, one to two content extraction sessions per month with review built in. As the system compounds, it gets more efficient and you'll build a growing library of content ideas to draw from.

Why is it free?

This is a new system and we want to give people the opportunity to jump in, see what it's like, and get started fast. It's free for a limited time.

What if I want to stop?

No problem. Everything we accumulate can be transferred to you. Voice profile, research, skill files, content ideas. If you choose to manage this on your own or go a different path, you keep everything we worked hard to build.

Is this ghostwriting?

No. Ghostwriting is someone else writing as you. This is a system that turns your ideas into content. You're the source material. The AI and Justin handle production. Your voice stays yours.

What if I've tried this before and it didn't work?

How you structure your information, document things, and prompt AI all impacts the experience. Your previous approach may not have been optimized. Also, AI capabilities, especially Claude Code, are rapidly evolving. What you tried two months ago may not reflect what's possible now. These tools are accessible to everyone, but it takes time and resources to learn, set up, and manage. That's where Content Lab comes in.

Who is this not for?

Pre-revenue founders who need to validate their idea first. Founders who want to hand off content completely and never see it. Anyone expecting 30-day miracles. This is a compounding system, not a quick fix.

What technology powers this?

Claude Code (AI), Airtable (pipeline), Buffer (scheduling), and structured research repos. No proprietary platform. No SaaS login. Everything is portable and transparent.

Stop thinking about posting.
